Installation

In order to connect CsCart with our platform there is a two step procedure:

  • Create an API User in CsCart
  • Add a new integration in our panel and provide the previous details

Create a new API user in CsCart administration panel

Navigate to Customers -> Administrators and Create a new Administrator.

  • Type an Email, i.e. [email protected],
  • Enable API Access by switching to API Access tab and enabling the API access for this user option.

Add integration in AfterSalesPro Panel.

Add a new integration via Profile->Platforms section.

  • Select CsCart type and fill all details you set in the CsCart panel.
  • Remember to type your url including the prefix, without the trailing slash, i.e. https://mydomain.gr.
